Coming in 2024 the B | D | R represents another interpretation of SJR Vineyard, given the Robertson Family’s hands-on experience farming the estate’s SJR Vineyard over 16 years; leveraging on new farming practices and training forms (MHT).

B | D | R makes its introduction to the Delmas portfolio as our premier offering: 750 ml and 1.5 L initially. A singularly distinctive wine, raised on the singularly expressive terroir of SJR Vineyard!

The 2022 vintage is a de-stemmed 100% Syrah that will be aged 18 months in barrel. Additional Rhône varieties/clones (on various rootstocks) will be planted at SJR Vineyard over the next handful of years; allowing for an evolving (Syrah-based) RED Blend.
